Chief Executive Officer
Marilyn Cohen founded Envision Capital Management 23 years ago. Before that, she began building her securities industry expertise as an analyst at William O’Neil & Company, then as a bond broker at Cantor Fitzgerald, the world’s largest bond dealer. Marilyn has a BA degree from UCLA and an MBA from Pepperdine. Marilyn is considered to be a thought leader within the financial community. She has written the bond column in Forbes magazine for 20 years as well as being a featured contributor to CNBC, CNN, NBC, CBS, and most of the other financial media. She personally manages each of our client's investment portfolios. Along the way, she maintains an on-going relationship with each client.
In her spare time Marilyn raises service dogs for the disabled and regularly conducts pet therapy sessions at the VA Hospital, the VA Nursing Home, and the USO.
Alex Anderson, VP, Trader & Portfolio Manager
Alex has been a Vice President and Envision’s Director of Trading Operations for seven years. Prior to that he was a bond trader and portfolio manager at Wells Fargo Capital in San Francisco. In his trading capacity, Alex also undertakes all risk management oversight of the company’s municipal credit positions. He is responsible for the firm’s participation in all the various buy/sell markets. Alex has an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
Alex is a resident of the South Bay where he participates in a variety of board-related water sports.
Back office operations
Dijana is the firm’s Project Coordinator. She does numerous computer-related projects revolving around municipal securities, market research and back office operations.
Chris provides advice and support to the Company's compliance program. He is a CPA, MBA, with 25 years in the investment banking, broker/dealer, and investment advisory industries. He has held 7 FINRA licenses. Chris knows compliance.
